I have an AVC-3610 that I use the composite inputs from my cable box. I'm no longer getting video or sound with Live TV after upgrading.

Maybe try a different video decoder. It looks like your machine is trying to use both the ffdshow and nvideo video decoder.

I tried a couple different ones (maybe you saw that in the logs?) I was using the GPL MPEG 1&2 for years and it was a-ok.

I'm not really sure what to suggest. I cant see any errors in the logs, and I cant think of any changes to would have caused this.

Well, I guess I have to revert to the previous version via System Restore. Last time I did that, it didn't fully restore back. It kept the new version. Has this improved?

I have no idea what system restore does behind the scenes, so I have no way to know if it'll work for you or not. Its certainly not something I test.

I'm not sure what happened between the versions, but I uninstalled all of the video decoders I was not using and that seemed to do it. Working again.

Yup, 1.3.7 works great. Totally strange what happened. This is on my old analog set, I still have to update the main HD set. Much safer to test with my den TV rather than face the wife factor.
