Thought I'd give the TS mux a try. When I try to tune a channel from the client's TV Guide it does not tune the channel and quickly reverts back to the TV guide. Cyberlink mux works though. Logs attached.

no. the server will write to a file, and the client read straight from it - same as how timeshift mode works on a single machine.

you need to sort out your links to the server
make sure you are sharing the tv buffer file(should point to the tv buffer folder on the server) and full access to everything

Shared, full permissions to everyone. I just get a black screen with DVB-S channels. Analog are very slow and stuttering. I have also applied the 1.3.7 survival patch on the server and client.

Try increasing the Live TV pre-play delay in Config.

Isn't there also a <ClientModeLiveTVDelay> or something to that effect? I don't know if the Config automatically adjusts that one or not, I just saw it mentioned in another thread pertaining to this subject.

I tried adjusting it from 500 up to 1000ms on both the client and server and it had no effect.
