Ultra: New features ???

Ok, so when are you guys going to add a setting to flag repeats and not new programs so I don't have to write my own.

I would like to have:
Heroes
Heroes (Rpt)

instead of:
Heroes *
Heroes

I guess One reason I haven't done this is that GB-PVR would actually create two folders to store the shows. Using the asterix, GB-PVR doesn't 'see' it and then both shows get put into one folder.

But that's super easy.

Next, CarpeVideo has created an app that does this next feature and I'm stealing the idea, Brazenly (catch me if you can), where a list of movies are maintained, and displayed as 'new'. After a period of time, the movies aren't new anymore...

I sort of hijacked his thread (sorry) and so I'm here now asking everyone (and carpeVideo), is this for PPV Movies? I don't quite see what this is for.

Actually, I just want the option to mark the repeat so that when I go to view the recordings (of only new shows), they would show up as "Heroes" instead of "Heroes *". It's just more visually pleasing to just see "Heroes" in the recordings menu (WAF thing). If the repeats are marked with the *, that's fine with me. I didn't think about the 2 directory issue.

Caught you :0) - I came up with the idea because I am forever trying to find when a movie first shows up on one of the movie channels (eg HBO). Especially since many of the premiers are only on for a few nights and then not on again for a month or so. A great example is "In Bruges" which popped up only twice this month.
