well everything seems to have gone haywire after my upgrade to 1.3.11...Sad
now it thinks there's a conflict recording shows between my analog card and my digital card!?
not only that, every time i change channels on atsc, it locks up pvrx2.exe
nothing in the logs...just last successfull operation..
it also recorded a atsc show wrong channel!? lots of screwy stuff goin on...
never had an upgrade go this badly...Sad

am recording right now on analog, but noticed in guide a later show flagged as a conflict, but it's an analog channel and only other recording all night is on separate digital card..
cancelled and tried to re-schedule, and it says conflict with the digital card again!?
it is same physical card but a dual tuner that's worked fine as dual since day 1..
[plus i have another digital card that should have taken any conflicts away]

i didn't see any survival guide for this release, am i missing any patches?

for some reason it doesn't like my tuners...checked everything and capture setup is fine, even scanned again and mapped, same thing..it's stuck on a channel and won't change either digital tuner...i change channels in livetv and it blinks, then shows same channel...
records same channel as well...Sad

i suspect i need to change something in the bda setup? tried with both true and false on the submittunerequest twice stuff,no change...
channels come up fine in channel scan..
i tried re regging the filters with no change..
tried downgrading to 1.3.7, same thing...

i've gone back to backup of 1.2.13 for now, will try fresh install tomorrow plus another upgrade...may just be an upgrade issue..i went from 1.2.13 to 1.3.7 to 1.3.11...

Reproduce the problem and zip and attach a set of logs and I'll take a look. Also give me a brief description of the problem the occurred so I know what the logs are showing.

well i reinstalled 1.3.11 and it went ok, when i go into livetv it pops up immediately with pvrx2 needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience,etc...
after further investigation, it seems to only happen on 2 channels...[just happens to be first channel and one other] never had problems like this before on those channels..

maybe a re-scan is in order?
i'm using ati mux w/ati decoder viewing atsc ant source..

oops, here's logs from crash...just started pvrx2 and hit livetv to view ch 2 live...

There is nothing obvious in those logs.

If you record that channel, can you play it back?

deleted scan cache files and did a rescan, still same channels lock it up...
notably 2 and 13...
those 2 channels also lock up config when trying to view them in mapping dialog...the rest work fine..
any ideas?

You might have to capture a 1 minute long full transport stream from one of these frequencies so I can test it here. You might have to find other software to do this if you cant map it with GB-PVR though.

Try setting a HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Devnz\LogPsiProcessing=2 (DWORD) registry setting, and create a c:\temp directory, then do a scan and zip and attach the c:\temp\psi.log file. Then remove that registry setting.

yes, plays back fine if recorded...
i'd try timeshift but it pops up immediately on those channels..
it plays for about 5-10 more seconds before freezing, but error pops up immediately..

watching recording while still in progress works fine..
