1.3.11 Mute

I upgraded to 1.3.11 on my frontend and backend.
on both machines the audio is muted.
I do not have a remote control.
I checked the Wiki for keyboard command to turn off mute but could not find anything.
Any help is appreciated!

mute is Ctrl-M.

When I toggle control M I see the volume display turn red / green however I still have the "Mute" display in the upper right hand corner and no audio

I'm not really sure. Maybe your Windows volume control is muted.

No that seems to be ok.

Recorded Playback is fine.

It is only Live TV that is the problem.

I reinstalled 1.3.11 and still have the same issue with mute.
Change the audio decode but no joy.

Maybe set your audio renderer back to 'system default'.

I tried every thing I can think of
Rolled back to 1.3.7
Fresh install of 1.3.11
Reinstalled Hauppauge drivers

In each case the "Mute" setting is displayed during live tv.
I am at a loss what to try next.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a screenshot so I can see this "Mute" message displayed in the upper right corner?
