I'm just curious if this still works well with the current version of GB-PVR? There isn't much activity in here and updates on the wiki are long ago. It is still listed under the "active" plugins though.

I'm trying to find a solution to record on an internal drive then archive to an external.

Thanks & Cheers

It is leaning towards being marked Unsupported.

i have a simple batch file you can use from vid library or post that can archive them for you..
look up Super Simple Archiver..i thin thre's a wiki entry...
basically it just copies and adjusts the db with sqlite3.exe, taking a safe approach by copying all related files and merging the metadata.xml, then adjusting db and deleting the original...
http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=26775

i'm working on a mod that will use ffmpeg to check the target's running time to verify copy b4 deleting...[checks movie length,so partial copies will be detected]
even as-is it's safe to stop in the middle..keeps original..
but i haven't had a single problem and been using it for around a year already...Smile
[just wanted to be 100% positive it's a good copy]

and can be used from post processing or scripted for timer..

XRecord also has an archive feature that can be manual or automatic.
