Not GB-PVR related but as there was a YouTube plugin briefly in an older version, I thought I'd ask here...
What would I use to download a YouTube video?
I just went to look at a YouTube video that a friend of mine was involved with and it appears that WMG (Warner Music Group) are doing some sort of fascist legal thing with YouTube and the soundtrack has been cut.
The video itself was privately written, filmed, directed, edited and is a 14 minute comedy and the only thing I can think is that the last 30-45 seconds while the credits are running uses 'Joy To The World' aka 'Jeremiah was a Bullfrog' as a backing. For that, WMG forced YouTube to pull the plug on the entire 14min soundtrack???
If the sound has simply been disabled for playback then I'd like to download a copy to keep. Sheesh - it's not as if these guys made any money out of it - they even had to borrow the shovels to bury the body in the final scene.
Cheers,
Brian
