Trying to install comskip by following the instructions on the wiki. I downloaded the latest file (comskip80_023) from http://www.kaashoek.com/files/ . But I can't seem to find the comcodec.dll .

A little googling and it seems that they have removed it. Does GB still need it to function properly.

In the wiki it says you need to enable comskip in the configuration but doesn't say how.

Its not a GB-PVR file, and it doesnt need it. I dont know if comskip needs it though.

Appears new versions of comskip are statically linked. From the release notes:

Changes in 0.80.021
- The public version no longer needs comcodec.dll, I hope this solves the crash on the AMD processors without SSE2
