EPG, Girder and learning

I downloaded the gbpvr.gml and have teached the events:
Down
Left
Right
Up

I then starting up the EPG and tries to navigate. It's not doing very well, right don't step to next show but to next page.

Which is the right way to navigate the EPG using windows messages?

If I select one show with my mouse (on-click) then I can start navigating the EPG. So basically I need something that sets the focus on a the first show or similar.

I can see now that my text above could have had on or two re-reads before the posting.

Basically my problem is that I can't navigate the GB-PVR with the keyboard.

When I try jumping around with UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT the shows are hi-lited very randomly. For example. if my channels are listed from top to bottom as: Kanal 5, SVT1, SVT2, TV3, TV4 and I, by using the moure, have hi-lited SVT2 at 20:00 I assume that a press on the DOWN key will take me to the block at 20:00 on TV3. This is not the case.

Instead it jumps around between the channels and a few hours back and forth.

Is this a known issue?
