Having problems with my guide so I thaught I'd finally try this prog and see if it would help me out. Already stuck. How do I load my guide from SD?

What happens when you follow the instructions from the "Setting up GB-PVR to use Schedules Direct" section of http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manua...ulesDirect ?

There are two ways to use Schedules Direct, one with support built into GB-PVR, also known as 'natively'

And the other is with a third party downloader.

If you want to use UltraXMLTV, you will not be able to use SD natively.

I suggest, using xmltv.org's grabber to get your listings. Make sure that you have a correctly installed EPG and that it's updating correctly. Then start using UltraXMLTV Enhancer.

Here's the basic situation.

GB-PVR needs to update the EPG (usually in the middle of the night)
It calls the UpdateEPG.bat
Inside that batch file you will call the xmltv program which will download SD data to a xml file.
Then the UpdateEPG.bat calls Ultra and it will look at the file, enhance it.
Then, as the UpdateEPG.bat completes, GB-PVR will import whatever is in the downloaded/enhanced xml file...

I have tried using I-xmltv (which used to work like a charm) and I can't get it to work anymore, I don't understand how to get the sd listings to my pc using xmltv. It works fine using the gBPVR client but that won't help my with Ultra.

What's stumping you?

I-XMLTV isn't the same as xmltv

I_XMLTV was a downloader AND an enhnacer. XMLTV.org's downloader just downloads.
