I'm not sure what I did but ever since I deleted the capture source for Comcast and setup a new one for Verizon I keep getting a lot of locked database errors in my recording service log. Did I screw up something I can't say I ever had this happen before, of course it's been years since I touched it.

I tried deleting the database and the capture source and re-doing it all again and letting the database get recreated but I get the same locked message.

2009-08-31 12:28:40.234 ERROR [5] Unabled to save ScheduledRecording: The database file is locked
database is locked

Anyone have an idea how to un-lock it?

Set <LogSQL>true</LogSQL> in config.xml, then reboot and reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Here are the logs as requested, thanks for taking a look. I ordered a new system for GBpvr but was hoping to just get my conversion to verizon over and then have time to set it all up correctly before I needed to count on it. Best laid plans I guess. Wink I see something is screwed up somewhere. I knew I should have just left it alone, it's been so long that I've forgotten more about setup than I care to think about. Wink

I didnt realise you're still using v0.99.x. That is really old and totally unsupported. Sorry, I cant see anything obvious in those logs.

If you really want to stick with that old version, you might need to delete your gbpvr.db3 database, and setup your capture sources (and recordings) again from scratch.

yea, i've been hanging onto it since up until now it has just run. I really haven't even looked at it in a couple of years, it's just worked. When I move GBpvr to a new system I'll be upgrading to the new version but will sorely miss my Jukebox plug-in, it's a family and friends favorite.

I will try deleting the gbpvr.db3 database and redoing it all again. maybe third time will be the charm.

Thanks anyway for taking a look, I appreciate it.
