For the last several days, Ultra has not run properly (gets started but hangs indefinitely). Today I tried it a few times manually and get the same effect plus the error message below when it hangs up. I've attached my logs, the current XMLTV.XML file, a screen shot of the error dialog. Any suggestions as to what is causing the problem and how to fix it?

I can't say I know why, just from looking at the logs. Typically idex out of range is when I load an array, 0 through to something, and there aren't any elements so it's 0 through 0 and it's something like a divide by zero error.

I won't be able to look at the code to edit or fix for a couple weeks. Sorry

I understand the delay...you definitely deserve to have a life, and I understand you have more than UltraXMLTV going on! We are lucky to have you working on GBPVR, so I can be as patient as needed. Just in case it helps (although I imagine you have already suspected this), the problem is definitely something that has changed with the file coming from Schedules Direct as I tried a copy the last file that was successfully processed (XMLTV.xml.BeforeProcess.xm) and things ran fine. I'll be eagerly awaiting your help...but understand the delay...thanks for posting to let me know it will be a while...that helps with the waiting. :o

I'll have to check that out. Thanks for pointing it out. Maybe in the mean time, try mc2xml, and see if the resulting file works better

Sorry for the delay...been a busy week. I tried mc2xml and downloaded the Microsoft listings successfully, but got the same error with UltraXMLTV. I also tried using mc2xml to get schedule direct listings...got the error. I could not get Titan TV to work with mc2xml so I was unable to test that. I've attached new logs...second to last run is the Microsoft listings, last run is SD listings downloaded by mc2xml. I also uploaded the xmltv.xml file from Microsoft (looks like it uses zap2it) in case it helps.

Nah, I'm guessing that there is something in the structure of the xml itself.

Have you tried resetting the program? Delete all the underscore files, run the exe, and then click on Zehd's Picks.

Maybe back up your underscore files, so we can compare and see if you made a choice that Ultra didn't like...

I suspect whurlston used out of box defaults.

@whurlston, did you try with Zehd's Picks?
