run-time error 75: path/file access error

I have included a screenshot of this error I'm getting. This happens when I try and launch Ztranscode. I have set all paths in Zprocess for the required apps. Please let me know what I need to attach for further troubleshooting.

It really looks like you're using the ZTools Support software. That's for the old version of ZProcess. (you don't need to uninstall the support software)
Run RemoveAllZprocess.reg and then start over with the latest ZProcess available on the wiki
