UltraXMLTV Enhancer Index was out of range

Hi. I have run into this error a few times and was hoping somebody could point out where my problem is. I can install then enhancer, configure it and then run it for a week or two, but eventually it begins to give me an Error and will not complete the enhancement (attached is the UltraXMLTV enhancer log:

"unhandeled exception has occured in your application....:
"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and les than the size of the collection"

Have you checked your source epg file? If you say Ultra worked fine and then suddenly stopped working, the consistency of the source epg/xml would be my first spot to check.
Zed (obviously) might be able to tell you more, but from the log, it seems UltraXMLTV tries to work (enhance) but doesn't find something that's expecting to be there (hence the "index out of range", and my suggestion about checking you epg)

Index out of range is when there is a count of something and the current item is out of bounds. For example, you might have 0 of 0 items, and Ultra tries and look at the first one... (1 doesn't exist in 0 of 0)

This happens when something is downloaded incorrectly.

I would start by deleting the _SeriesID.txt file and trying Ultra again. It should download a new file and continue merrily

To prevent this error, should I have it auto delete these files every week or is it a freak thing that will likely not happen again? Thanks again for the help. I really like the enhancer. Cheers

I must admit that I would like to be able to trap this error and allow for a resume, but it doesn't happen often enough for me to get a handle on what's happening, and I don't want to spend too much time looking...

I'm now getting this exact exception as well, and it's hanging up my UpdateEPG.bat from completing...

I've tried deleting the _SeriesIDs.txt, same exception.

Many times, this is because Ultra can't cope with a certain intermittent anomaly. How's it going now?

I am manually deleting the files every day. takes more time to do the enhance, but now works without hanging. I think it is because I disabled the * on new show detection, but am not sure. thanks again for the help.

I had this same problem today and I fixed it by downloading the latest version of mc2xml. deleting the txt file didn't work.
