Tivo IR Transceiver

I am attempting to convert my media system over from running Nero's LiquidTV (with included hardware) to GBPVR. The hardware that comes with LiquidTV is a Hauppauge 950q USB device, a Tivo IR Transceiver, and a Tivo Remote.

I have had good success getting the Hauppauge 950q up and running. But I have had no luck getting the Tivo IR Transceiver to blast IR commands to my STB.

Has anyone been able to get this working? The remote works as an MCE remote as far as navigating GBPVR, but I've tried almost everything to get the IR commands to the STB.

Any thoughts or advice?

have you tried selecting 'MCE 2005' in blaster section?
you have to 'learn' the codes to blast, some examples come with gbpvr tho..
it works, but must set rec service to 'interact w/desktop' to use..
[or set to logon as current user]

if that works, HIP and most other mce supporting programs should work..
