So I can no longer get any QAM channels on my tuner card even though the TV can still get them. See this post for more info: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=45101
My next idea is to remove all the Hauppauge drivers & reload them. My question is what order should I do things? I have a 500, a 1600 & an 1800. I also have an MVP, but that uses the router to get an IP address & obviously connects to GBPVR so I don't need to worry about it.

Should I run the Hauppauge program to remove all the drivers, shut down my machine, remove all the cards, & then add them one at a time or all at once?

The Hauppauge downloads include an exe called something like driverinstall.exe. I have had success by running hcwclear.exe and then driverinstall (or whatever its called) without physically removing any hardware or making any changes in GBPVR.

Following Graham's advice, I ran hwclear & the driver reinstall program. I still don't get any QAM channels. I did try the OTA digital tuners for the 1600 & 1800. I got all the local channels, so I know the digital tuners do work. I used an antenna with a suction cup stuck on the window, so I don't feel that is a long term solution. I still can't figure out what Comcast could have done that would make the Hauppauge cards not receive QAM channels that the TV's can.

I have been able to watch and record channels that the config scan could not find. Try scanning with an optimal cabling setup ... remove splitters, check connectors, hang out of window waving antenna and all that. If you can get the scans to work, you might find that watching and recording is okay even after you put all the cabling back the way that it was.
