skip length changeable in PVRX2

I like different skip lengths depending on the type of show. Especially for different types of sports, like between pitches (baseball), or snaps (American football.) It would be great to be able to change this right in PVRX2.

You do know you can change this with config.exe or directly by editing config.xml?
