Total Media Extreme Keeps Crashing! HELP!

I have tried nearly everything I can to get it to record...Updated the firmware for my graphics card...uninstalled and installed it twice...restarted a few times...nothing...just says it has stopped working as soon as I open it...what can I do to solve this issue?

I am capturing off a Samsung 60hrtz LED.

I am running Vista Home

ATI Radeon HD 3650 is my graphics card

Intel Quad Core 2 Q9550 @ 2.83 Ghz

8 Gigs of Ram

Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Ok so revise this...

I tried running the program without the HD PVR running, it and worked fine...when I turn the PVR on...it crashes the program...how can I fix this? What might be the issue?

You should probably ask this on the ArcSoft forums. This site is for GBPVR (a PVR software which also supports the HD PVR).

Unfortunately I can't get my HDPVR working with GBPVR and I am stuck with TME. I found that in trying all my USB ports the stability varied (it might just be how the driver gets install or the port itself). I have two that will crash and the one I am using now is very solid.
