Hi. Thanks for the great forums and Sub, thanks for the excellent GBPVR software!!! I've been a user of it for 3 years and have pretty regularly checked and searched the forums to get my setup perfect. Its really become a hobby (in fact, my wife might say an addiction).

However, I'm upgrading some equipment and am selling my 2 MediaMVP extenders. Not sure if "advertising" is frowned upon or not, but if anyone is interested, they are listed at:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Hauppauge-MediaMVP-D...500wt_1042

and...

http://cgi.ebay.com/Hauppauge-MediaMVP-D...500wt_1042

Both are in great condition and include all necessary components - however, the second is missing the stand. Let me know if you have any questions. I'm asking $60 for each, but shipping is free, because I'd like them to go to a good home. However, I'm only able to ship to N. America. Thanks again for the great forums....

Wow, that was fast - both MVP's sold within 10 hrs!!! Not sure if was someone from here who bought them or not, but I trust they enjoy them as much as I did...

Also wanted to send a "thank you" towards mvallevand, without him MVPMC and MVPMCX2 would not exist!!!

Thanks but also thank sub and the community. mvpmc came well before me, but I knew I needed support for digital capturing that MythTV didn't offer at and GB-PVR was perfect and sub was able to maximize the MVP so well. A large community of testers here did the hardest work in helping reverse engineer "emulation mode".

I send my props to the MVPMCX2 team as well. I love my PCH even though I only use a fraction of what it can do.

I may have to dig up my MPV and make sure it works and sell it. a.white05, mind if I ask you what you got for them? I've got no idea what they are worth used now.

It's pretty amazing what you guys have done. I have to admit - I've been dabbling on the dark side (7MC) the last few months (for the cablecard support). It's not a bad piece of software, the eye candy is flashy and it's very reliable using an xbox 360 as an extender. Problem is, the 7MC community is held hostage by Microsoft when it comes to fixes/updates/extenders etc. That's why GBPVR is incredible and why I keep coming back to it.

As for the MVP's, I had no idea what they were worth either. Obviously it's an older piece of hardware, but there is a niche community for it in GBPVR (and SageTV I suppose too). I didn't want to go too high and not have them sell, so I put a $60 "Buy it Now"/free shipping on them - sold them both to a guy that's getting into GBPVR. The fact they both sold in just 8hrs baffles me - I'm just glad someone else can make use of them. And now I have a couple more bucks for the Ceton Quad Tuner fund.....
