Sorry to keep going on about analogue tuners, but.....

Is it possible, as in gbpvr, to use a single analogue tuner for both tuning broadcast RF signals and also for fixed frequency STB tuning ??? (I can't seem to manage it)

You should be able to. You need to set the settings appropriately on the 'Import' channels button, matching the settings needed for that set of channels.

Ah, sorry, spotted it - I was doing it arse-about-face (in the gbpvr way) of trying to set up channels first then getting the EPG

Extra question if possible?

Is there an xml keyword available in the EPG file that would set the channel (STB blaster channel for me) number on the initial import?
Then I could setup a dummy EPG to assist in creating the STB source. (I've done it about four times now and it is getting a bit tedious and I'm about to install npvr on the home pvr machine and run it live).

I'm throwing in another question regarding analog: Is it, or will it be, possible to set the bitrate for the soft-encoder on analogue cards without HW-encoder?

Its not at the moment, but it will be possible in a future build.
