K, I spent a it more time with your file and I notice that it is not a cut from the beginning of file, so it is not seekable as is, since NPVR is reporting the file time wrong. If your big file is like this I can see problems especially if you have a comskip file. In fact it won't even play with NPVR and it is too slow with GBPVR on the PC.

I used streamcutter to cut 100MB from 100MB~200MB, beacuse the speeding uo occurred after 2 or 3 mins of the show. I also cut the first 100MB, but didn't upload it. Would it help?

Yes please upload the first segment so I can confirm that the file is ok. NPVR does not handle cut .mpg files as well as GBPVR and I am using NPVR to test it.

Thanks k that file is better and it skips almost perfectly as expected with the high quality timeline, so back to looking at your system.
