The bits to make them, part of my job is designing cables so I have lots of sample boxes from the connector manufacturers, I happened to have an MCX to SMA cable in one of the boxes so I would have just stuck an IEC 169-2 in place of the SMA being careful with strain relief. Turns out I didn't need them though, it comes with an adaptor
I did need to scan all countries and regions to pick up the HD channels, just scanning my local transmitter (Sutton Coldfield) didn't pick them up, oddly it installs as two tuners a "PCTV 80E/290e/460e BDA 2875 TVTuner" Type "DVB-T" and a "PCTV 80E/290e/460e BDA 2875 TVTuner C" Type "QAM" which doesn't seem to do anything.
1st issue, no sound, which I'm guessing is the fact the UK hd is transmitted in HE-AAC. and I can't set an HE-AAC codec (disabled), not sure how that will work on the NMT either.
