NEWA / NPVR - Channel Icons

Where do we put the channel icons for NEWA / NPVR?

In Gbpvr they went in ../Devnz/Gbpvr/media/ChannelLogos

In Npvr (Win 7) I tried putting them in /Users/Public/Npvr/media/Channels
But they don't seem to show up in the guide yet.

Have set NEWA's config to display text & Icons..
I must be missin sumthin simple..

that's the correct place for npvr...not sure about newa but should be same...
newa sometimes takes a while to update it's cache...rebooted? [still may not update it]
try from a different machine..

not sure about the current rules for this, but before you had to have a certain number before it would display any of them...

The default skin for nPVR doesn't show icons.

hmm, that may explain it. Is there a place here to find a skin which does include icons?
Thanks, I may also have had them named incorrectly for npvr. I'm assuming the name of the icon still
has to match the name of the channel? I've since gone thru the icons in the channels directory and made sure
they have the same names as the channels, and have tried 'default', 'blue', and 'prototype' in NEWA config.
No joy yet. I didn't see anyplace to switch skins/themes in the SETTINGS of npvr itself.

I think all current authors of new skins have now made entries on the New Wiki here:

(look to entries on the left hand nav the wiki is still under construction)

thanks for the help guys, i was able to get those 3 npvr skins from the wiki workin, icons are now displaying.
is there a way to get the icons and the channel text, similar to the way the old EWA used to look?
I kinda like havin the flexibility to display both, if it's possible.
thanks for the heads up UncleJohnsband. I probably woulda kept tryin with the existing NEWA.

presumably you are asking about ability to see Channel Name and the Icon used in the TVGuide side by side in NPVR? (Not in NEWA until UJB has implemented this?)

I think (but no doubt will stand corrected) that this option will be down to the author of the Skin chosen. If that is the case then this would be down to the Skin Author and the way that they have implemented TVGuide in their skin?
