I just want to say Thank you, sub!

Thanks for some great mediacenter software, and thanks for all your hard work.
NPvr is, in my humble opinion the best and most stable version of gbpvr. Right now it's recording 2 simultaneous DVB-streams on my one tuner, and I lie down while listening to wonderful music.
This is so fuc.... nice.Big Grin

I will donate again(how can i?)!

There's a Paypal donate button at the bottom of the left-hand menu on the wiki: http://www.gbpvr.com/pmwiki/

But it says: "This recipient is currently unable to receive money".
I remember there were some problems with paypal at some time.

A few weeks ago Paypal decided to freeze my account and steal the funds in the account. Unsure what alternative method to use to collect funds at this stage.

I don't want to be nosy but how can they do that? I have funds in PayPal right now and though not alot, I dont' want them to be taken. It would be a shame if someone could complain about something without proof and cause PayPal to freeze funds that are not theirs.

In the past I'd seen tons of complaints from people hating paypal for freezing accounts, and being unwilling supply the funds in the account, or resolve whatever issue led to the probelm. I'd always assumed it wouldnt happen to me.

I've been using their default 'donation' button to collect a variable amount of funds, but they decided that New Zealand is a country that they cant determine the status of a donation. I explained that the funds are drawn down into my company bank account and I pay tax on that money, but it didnt help. They state there is no recourse and the decision is final. Painful.

Well that just sucks! I may be having conspiracy issues but I've noticed that since the economy has tanked, people are finding imaginative ways to make money.......stealing like this is one of them.

surely they are able and obligated to credit the txns back to the people who donated?
