Setting up channels

I am trying to setup my analog device and in the Analog Recorder Settings window I Imported my XMLTV.XML file. This gave me all of my channels, but I am not sure what the number column is exactly. My channels go up to 946 but every single one of them has the number 947 in the number column. Did I do something wrong?

In addition to my first question, I also can't get the channel to change. I type in the channel, and nothing happens. I have all the channels setup and mapped for my analog device and I have the path put in for channel.exe. My arguments are "-f -a1 3 {channel}". This command works fine when done in the command prompt. Is there something else I'm missing?

Edit: Nevermind, I figured it out. There was a problem with channel.exe recognizing my STBs, and I guess the number column in the device configuration is the channel it sends to the channel changer. Mine ended up with something like "Tuner-Channel: 107" in the Details column, and I guess I thought that was what determined the channel since I didnt see the number column numbers at all in the channel configuration tab. Is there anything I can read that explains this stuff?
