Works fine OTA & "native" software finds QAM ok. Maybe same situation as Pinnacle 801e AKA PCTV HD Pro Stick that needed a patch?

Also, when I use (Live TV) full screen display (16x9), I get a black border on on edges. If I stretch the window, I can get a larger picture except for the window title bar. Any way to go borderless & use the whole screen? And it would be nice to be able to return from full screen by pressing Esc like many other programs do instead of having to Alt-Enter...

So many thanks.
Diane

Edit: Saw npvr.log was requested for other tuner, so here's mine.

Which of these is your KWorld tuner?

Press Alt-Enter to toggle to fullscreen without a border.

I believe the "BDA 2870 Digital Tuner" is the KWorld. I *think* the "tuner for windows media center" is also KWorld since it showed up when I loaded the KWorld drivers. The "ATI BDA Digital Tuner" is for an ATI 650 Pro.

Can't try it now, but is the Alt-Enter for full size borderless different from a "maximize window" click?

Are they both the same physical device? ie drivers show up as two separate devices, one for ATSC, the other for QAM? Most devices would only show as a single device used for both.

Only one physical device. I'd assumed the "tuner for windows media center" was specific for that beastie and not a "normal" BDA, but that's just an uninformed guess.

I have just looked at the driver for your stick:

Code:
USB2875.DeviceDesc = "USB 2875 Device"
BDACap.2875.Name   = "BDA 2875 Capture"
BDATuner.2875.Name = "BDA 2875 TVTuner"
BDATuner.2875C.Name = "BDA 2875 DVB-C Tuner"
BDATuner.2875S.Name = "BDA 2875 DVB-S Tuner"
BDATuner.2875ATSC.Name = "Tuner for Windows Media Center"
BDATuner.2870ATSC.Name = "Tuner for Windows Media Center"

This should answer the question for sure. Btw., the latest driver from the website (10.19.2010) did you installed already?

I have the latest driver from the KWorld site & it looks like it's probably the same version: v5.2010.0714 2010-10-19

Anything ever happen with this? Applied the latest (final) 1.5.36 patch group, but don't see QAM for the tuner. TotalMedia 3.5 (included with tuner) using "BDA 2875/cable" setting seems to work. Any prospects for npvr or not doable?
