Alternative payment providers?

The problem with a 'Premium Account' is that it implies a single fixed price. If that price is too high it will put some folks off, if it is too small, sub loses out.

I think we need some sort of add-on 'Benefit' with a reasonable unit price (say, 10USD) which users can buy in multiples.
