how to setup IR blaster for controlling DISH VIP722k and VIP222k receiver?

I'm using DISH network receiver of models VIP722k and VIP222k. And i'm using Hauppauge HDPVR box. Unfortunately I can't see the above model in the blaster configuration for channel changing.
I would like to ask if someone knows which codeset, vendor/model should I choose in the configuration?

i believe when i had that combo i used 'star choice' or something similar in blastcfg...
[now i'm on directv and using a mce blaster w/custom[learned] codes]
