If you have a remote control, the skip forward button will also do this in the EPG.

well as long as we're calling out all the epg navigation keystrokes, then let us not forget Ctrl-F and Ctrl-R, which move 2 hours forward and back, respectively. The fast-forward and rewind buttons on the remote do the same. finally, page-up/down do what you would expect, while on the remote the channel-up/down buttons do the same.

And then there's "<channel number> ENTER", to instantly focus the EPG on that channel.

Also hitting the Guide/F1 key again restores you to the current time on that channel. (except with the OSD EPG this toggles it on/off)

And actually FForward/Rewind page the screen right/left time not 2 hours (johnsonx42 must shows 2 hours of EPG)

I was going to point to the wiki but it unfortunately is still "to do"
The old wiki seems a bit broken, but scrolling down shows the old list of key mappings http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Manua...dReference

The old wiki is wrong though, that was when sub used the Ctrl-d for rewind.

I have actually been following this thread with great interest!

The old wiki is wrong and we should be referring to the new one now anyway, if this is NextPVR support?

I did go to the trouble of looking at the keyboard/remote ref guide on the NextPVR wiki and was about to suggest when I last logged in that may be where it is referred to as TVGuide it may be better served as EPG?

I was in the process of suggesting this, and then changing it if we thought it was a good idea, and then updating all the functions not listed in what is currently referred to as the TVGuide, and then ickle Steeb decided to come early into this world, literally at the point of me posting a message Big Grin

May be it was a sign from ickle steeb that I spend too much time looking on this forum

Any way, isn't it amazing this baby thing (my 1st), (ickle girl by the way, nearly 2 weeks early, there were some traumas with a dramatic operating theatre scenario) it has been a very long day but I can't think of a better way to unwind than for steeb to actually put some action into the NextPVR wiki here.

So currently it is referred to as TVGuide, should it be TVGuide (EPG) or EPG (TVGuide)

cheers

steeb
