Advice needed on ASUS E35M1-M

Has anyone experience of this board/processor. The low energy aspect sounds ideal but I am wondering if it is up to the job. I want to upgrade to HD [UK Freeview], it would need to handle probably no more than recording 2 TV chanels and Comskip at the same time.
I have searched the forum but have found only 1 reference so suspect it might not be ideal. Any advice would be appreciated.

I did consider this board and it would have no problem recording and playing back HD. For processor intensive things like Comskip it may be a bit underpowered. It depends if iPlayer uses the GPU because without it would have a hard time. I bought a twin core 3GHZ Athlon to be on the safe side.

Thanks. Thats much as I had thought. Looks as though I should go for a safer option too.
