Aspect ratio definition

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I cannot find it. What are the four numbers in the <AspectRatio> parameter in Config.xml? I'm trying to define a mode which gives me a correct picture on my 1650x1050 lcd screen, since the higth of the picture seems to be too low in Auto mode for 16:9 transmissions. I can tell because circles are a bit squeezed flat.

0,0,1,1=
0,0 is the top left corner of your screen
1,1 is the bottom right corner of your screen.

Anything between is a relative position across your screen.
