C# code to get data directory?

Anyone got some handy C# code to get the NPVR data directory? eg
- Windows Vista, 7, Server 2008: C:\Users\Public\NPVR
- Windows XP, Server 2003: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NPVR
