NextPVR Crashes after scanning for channels

I uninstalled then reinstalled NextPVR. Now I can't scan for channels with out it crashing. When I scan for channels the program crashes, it seems, while it is attempting to write the channel database. I have attached logs, crash message and config file.

I have applied the patches from the Sticky and get the same result.

I'm not sure why, but reinstalling the drivers for my WinTV HVR-950Q USB adapter seems to have solved the problem.

Phew... I didnt really have any ideas looking at your logs. It looked like it was having real problems trying to stop the device.
