I've done nothing new to my setup but add a new HDTV. I am now fully HDMI but with 2 systems hooked to the PCH, one works everytime but the other is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I've done nothing but change the screen res setting to both. It's not the firewall but other than that, I have no idea.
Before I start from scratch, I wanted to ask here first.
Here's the result of the NMTChecker:

1. you need to input the IP of your PCH to get the valid syntax check information

2. If you have two client you might need to have two MVP services configured.

When it doesn't start what are you actually experiencing ie wait time, black screen, messages etc.

Thanks for the info Martin. I do have 2 services configured. I always have one machine off so that there would be no confusion.
Most of the time, the PCH just spins as it tries to connect for about 1 minute then it kicks back to the screen with a message that says "request cannot be processed". A few times I get the message something to the affect of, 'mkdir: cannot create directory'.
Here's the NMTChecker with ip address:

I've always admitted I know nothing about how this works but why does my npvr.cgi file show the ip address of my ATI DCT and not the ip of my local connection? I've not changed it.

AFAIK the NMT software never puts an IP in the source, I suspect you misunderstood something I was asking you to do earlier. Does it load from the first entry?

I'm pretty sure I've never changed the IP in the cgi file but I guess it's possible.
No, it's not loading at all now. This is what I've just done. I've got both systems running and connected to the system that does work. It works just as it's supposed to with no problems. With both systems on, I can get the system that doesn't work to start each and every time. But if I turn system 2 off (the system that always works) I can only get system one to start less than half the time. When both are on, both start just fine as they should. It's very strange.
As I've said, other than added an new TV with HDMI to the PCH, I've done nothing at all.

Oddly enough, it now seems to be working like it should and I've not made any changes, just a reboot or two.
I think I should just start over and cleanup a bit. I haven't done that in a very long time.
