Comskip - Am I missing something??

My server finally died so I'm building another. Loading everything on to the new machine. I downloaded the comskip zip file (v0.80.042) and there is no comcodec.dll file, as the wiki indicates. Am I missing something? Is this not needed?

Is that the donators version or the free one? Maybe you should ask at the comskip forum...
