Access 'Stay on top' setting from a plugin?

Is it possible to change the value of the 'stay on top' setting from a plugin?

Related to this thread, I was thinking about turning off "stay on top" when launching something via the Programs plugin.

Could you do the launch via an external task that uses "taskkill" to exit NPVR and then relaunch it once ready?

Yes, that is one option.

Sorry no, its not currently possible to access that programmatically. It's currently only available via the context menu, or by running the app with the command line.
