Smoother resume

I would like a resumed file to play smoothly from the resume point instead of the current status where the first half second or so from the start of the file is seen and heard before the resume point is reached.

I agree. It's a small problem but it would be a lot slicker if audio and video started cleanly from the resume point.
I am sure that gbpvr never used to do this.
I confess I have not experimented with all the different codecs as I need the MS video codec for smooth DVB-T2 HD skipping.

As I'm still running GBPVR, I can assure you that it starts showing the beginning of the file for a second or so and then jumps to the resume position. It's never bothered me that much but a smooth start at the resume position would be cool.
