Change EPG Resource to Schedules Direct---An exception occurred during WebClient Req

Hi guys,
This is my first time to use NPVR. When I want to change my EPG Resource DVB/ATSC to Schedules Direct, which I have an account, I can not download it because of a prompt windows showing an exception occurrend during webclient request. What does it mean? How do I resolve that.

P.S. if I don't change, when I click the live TV botton, it shows unable to communicate with record services.

I think the user id should be your full email address.
