Feature Request: Send WOL packet to server.

J. River media centre has a really cool Andrioid and iOS client that automatically sends a WOL magic packet to the server and then makes multiple re-connection attempts.
This is really useful when you are in bed and watch to review what's on tv (or even away from the house if the packet can be routed through a firewall)

I've got WOL working with nDroid but it hasn't made it into the release versions yet. I've been gradually reworking the networking side of things recently and made some changes. I'll see if I can get WOL in there as soon as possible.
