ImageGrabLite doesn't find Vegas from last night

Things have been working great with this plugin so far (although it never renames Letterman, for some reason), but tonight it didn't handle Vegas. Sometimes it's just a matter of waiting for an update, but I've tried to manually run it with no luck.

The log (attached) said the XML was up to date, but I noticed it was from 1/8/13, so I deleted the old one, and ran again. This time it downloaded again, and was able to rename properly.

Thought you'd like to know.

I tested and it worked fine here. Try again after deleting the master records

C:\Users\Public\NPVR\Media/Shows/Vegas.*

I'll check Letterman tonight.

Yeah, like I said I did that last night - deleted the one in the SearchLite directory - and it was able to do the rename then. For some reason it thought the file was up to date when it was not. In case it might help, I've attached the old version that didn't work.

I'll check Letterman tonight.

Don't know if it will help, but I've attached the latest Letterman log, too. I can tell you that the file in the SearchLite directory hasn't been updated since Feb of last year, but Letterman has never renamed, so I doubt it is there. In fact, I just tried getting it to download again, and still no rename.

I broke the date format renaming in the last build. I also think that something might have changed on thetvdb since future show episode subtitles used to show TBD but in your file they showed blank.

I had to clean out a bit of work in process stuff too, so let me know if this works.

Letterman had already aired by the time I got this, so I ran it manually. At first it did as before, but after I deleted the SearchLite file for the show, it downloaded a new one, and renamed the show "Late Show With David Letterman.2013-01-30..ts". I was hoping for something like The Daily Show or The Colbert Report, with the guest in the name, but it looks like the field you look for that in the Letterman info is blank.

Thanks, though, I think this will make the TVRenamer program I've been using work better.

Followup - I still had yesterday's (1/29) episode around, so decided to try your new version on that one. Once again, it didn't work unless I deleted the series file in the SearchLite directory first.

I've attached the logs from the successful run, and the unsuccessful one, in case that might help.

The attached should fix the trouble with having to delete the file. I had some odd logic when the subtitle was not there that I generalized. On these special daily recording when the subtitle is missing I add the first sentence in the description to the file.

Hi Martin

I have installed IGL again (think it was a very early incarnation I tried before) and it is working well - but with a few exceptions.

2 programs last night had a colon in the title - New: Dallas and Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles on both there was no xml or image downloaded probably due to the colon not being allowed in file names.

Also IGL thought Sniper II was Sniper 3

Otherwise it's looking good
