Hi,

Does NextPVR support MHEG5 epg for DVB-T in NZ?

I've tried just by clicking "Update EPG" and it does a scan, but only get a very few, now/next, entries.

Or does everyone just use EPGCollector?

No, it only supports the standard DVB EPG.

Yes, the EPGCollector utility seems to be popular for people using DVB-T Freeview HD.

any chance of adding MHEG5 support so it doesn't require a 3rd party tool?

I saw you discussing this back in 2008. Apparently you wrote a simple tool at one stage to do this

All I can give you is a maybe on that one. I'd love to have that functionality, but it's a big chunk a work that'd only benefit the small number of New Zealand. Just hard to justify the time.

k, i thought you already had some code to do it, and maybe take a couple of days to get into npvr.
