I'm still confused why NextPVR isn't grabbing another tuner when the first tuner it tries is in use. Looking in the log it runs an executable that tells it that the tuner is in use and is locked but doesn't fall down to the next available tuner, it tries to record on the already in use locked tuner.

In this particular case tuner 1 had just been release by NextPVR at 2100 yet it still wouldn't pick it up for this recording. I appreciate that running 2 separate applications for recording is not the ideal situation. If this can't be resolved I guess I will have to face the wrath of the wife after she just got used to using WMC8 after we got rid of our Fios whole house DVR......fun times.
