XBMC seems to recognise DVBT radio channels and list them separately in their own little EPG, but playing any of them doesn;t seem to do anything - I just get the working... pop up followed by a tuner no longer available message a few mins later.
Is this a known bug / setting I need to change / just me....?

i'd also be interested to know. I've just tried it for the first time and eventually it times out. XBMC does however make the call to nextpvr as a device becomes active (in the device status window) and a temp file gets created for streaming. Is this a known issue?

If someone bumps the thread next week (when I'm back in New Zealand), I'll check it out

I'm pretty sure it was working last time I tried it.

It's working here for qam digital radio and works nicely with milkdrop visualizations.

I checked, and DVB-T radio is working in XBMC for me.

Just tried again. It'll play the first station I choose (which is weirdly an improvement since last time I tried), but subsequent requests for a DVBT channel result in 1 second of music then nothing. Restarting XBMC allows me to pick one channel to play again, then fails further requests.

also: the same happens if you watch tv first, then try dvbt radio (hence initially thinking it didn't work at all). DVBT radio only seems to work if it's the first tuning request per XbmC session.

I don't even get the 1 second. I've tried it in XBMC 12.2 and 13 in windows and 12.somthing in linux and a linux pivos box. all of them the same thing happens. the tuner shows as active in the status window. the file gets created and streamed to but xbmc just sits spinning. radio seems to work fine within the nextpvr application itself. Incidentally this is the behaviour I see if I accidentally click on a tv channel that is not broadcasting at that time or has moved since I last did a tune in nextpvr. only way out is to kill xbmc.
not a biggy for me as I don't really use radio
