No Recordings Listed in xbmc (npvr addon)

Hi all,

I can't get xbmc to see/list my recordings. It schedules them fine, and when I run npvr I can see the recordings and play them back. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hmm, odd. I'm seeing your recordings just fine. I had thought it might be related to a the name of a recording etc, but that doesn't seem to be the case because they're loading ok here.

Maybe try doing an 'empty epg' in NextPVR, then start XBMC and repost the xbmc.log and web.log. By emptying the epg, it'll hopefully mean the log is less full of EPG stuff, and will show the messages I was hoping to see earlier.

What is your X:\ drive? Is that a local drive, or some mapped drive? I think the recordings list sent to XBMC is empty because it cant see the files this x:\temp directory.

Remember the recording service, which XBMC talks to, runs as a different user account than you run on your desktop, so it doesn't see any drive mappings you've made.

The X:\ drive is an external hard drive, but local to the system with npvr... I can see the recordings in the folder they should be sitting in, and I see them listed within npvr - just not in xbmc. Would the external drive make a difference in that case?
