NPVR User meeting/conference?

Wouldn't it be fun if we could arrange a npvr user meeting/conference next summer (northern hemisphere summer that is) and gather for discussions and social gettogathers?

Obviously nobody wants to meet another npvr user, developer or tester. And I thought we were a good community...

The problem is that the serious NPVR users are spread out all over the globe. I'd be willing to drive a few hours for such a meeting, but I can't fly off somewhere. I'm sure everyone else mostly feels the same way.

Orange County sounds like a nice place, if such a meeting can be arranged it must be in connection with a holiday trip. Can anybody gat a visa to visit the US?
