NMT & Web not in settings?

I am successfully using NextPVR 2.6.2 (no patches) on Windows 8 64 bit. I read on the Wiki that NEWA is included with NextPVR. However, I have no "NMT and Web" in my settings. What am I missing? Should I just download and install it or should it be there?

nmt and web settings are on the Clients page of Settings.
