Hi

I have installed the latest version, ive not really checked this before, however....

I have 3 screens, i cant seem to get NPVR to "save" its last location, the "Start on secondary monitor" is nice, however i have 3 screens (all seen in Windows 7 display panel) so is this confusing NPVR?
Many Thanks
Ashley

I remember asking about this earlier when I planned to add a projector and had two screens already. Sub said that npvr only supports to, but you can drag a npvr window to the third and then it should start on that screen next time. Does it not do that?

Hi

No, mine doesnt save anything about the Window position or size, just keeps opening in the smae location, same size, so the third screen seems to have shot the whole Windows saving / location thing.

If it cant be used (read that to mean i have to do something every time with the window) on a 3 window system, means i cant use it on my main working desktop which has 3 screens.... Sad
Many Thanks
Ashley

On a similar point, I have two screens - but they're virtual: one of the graphics card's outputs is connected to the HD input of the TV, the other connects to the PC input of the same TV. When I open the NPVR settings window, it opens on the NPVR (HD) screen but on opening subsequent dialogue boxes, such as the individual channel settings, they open on the PC screen. It's very annoying as I then have to switch inputs on the TV.

So sub, can't child dialogue boxes be set to open on the same screen as the settings or parent box was opened?

+1. I'v asked the same in the past, and some screens were fixed but not all.

Which screens exactly? I fixed most of them in the past, so that they open centered on their parent window. I may have missed some.

Hi sub

It's the individual channel settings dialogue that I notice - the one with the frequencies, TSID etc.
