Was working for a while and it hasn't in a couple months. I installed IIS today on the box for a different reason (MP4 streaming to a WiiU) but it was broken long before this.

I'd remove the files from C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\0a635572\38fd2de4 and restart the recording service.

If what Martin suggests does not work I would download NEWA and install....download and instructions on wiki...
