imageGrabLite.exe with --nfo option: does it ONLY creat nfo files (or xml AND nfo)?

iGL will always download XML and JPG Series\Movie metadata to Media\Shows . The --nfo option is bare minimum episode info primarily designed so XBMC and Plex scan into the video/movie library.

How do I get plex to read the nfo files? I'm only creating the nfo files and not renaming at all. I've tried adding it as a tv show but it gets nothing. When i add it as a movie then it tries to scrape it's own data and doesn't even look at he nfo file.
E6400, 2 GB RAM ,500 GB + 250 GB HD, PVR150+ Adaptec 3610, RW 2 + HIP, Antec 2480 w/ mini ninja ...still using v 0.99

yeah I tried that...it didn't work for me. I'm just going to import them as videos. Kind of sucks that I won't have metadata, but plex is only going to be a backup player for recordings that get a/v sync issues.

Renaming should give you you your metadata without losing anything in nextpvr.

After renaming...I got it kind of working. Now I think I need to fool around a bit more with plex.
When you rename, what happens if the new file is a rerun and the name has already been taken?
