daemon tools or virtual DVD?

I tried virtual DVD from slysoft and NPVR won't mount iso drives. It has a syntax error with Mount 0 or something like that.

Am I stuck using deamontools lite? Daemontools has adware and crap like that...I'm so annoyed, I did a system image restore to cleanse myself.

I have used virtual clone drive since GBPVR days - but haven't used iso;s for some time. Make sure the path in settings points to C:\Program Files\Elaborate Bytes\VirtualCloneDrive\Daemon.exe - not any of the other exe's in the clone drive folder.

I agree about daemon tools - absolute horror for adware.
